Who are We, Anyway!

We are Chocolate Horse Farm, founded in 2001 officially and at that time located in New York state. Now in Missouri we are horsemen who have allowed the horses to define our program of training for each, helped us to understand that we know very little at the end of day, and have such promise we are totally committed to their welfare here and after here.  There are not lots of babies every year, but one or two, and sometimes four or five.  We will never flood the market with babies, opting instead to insure their well being here and beyond by evaluating their talents and especially those who drive up our drive to learn and perhaps, just perhaps….become owners of a CHF Gypsy Vanner, with our blessing.
